A handling charge will be levied for goods incorrectly ordered if refused or returned to stock. |

All deliveries must be signed for on the company's delivery note at time of receipt. |
| 3. |
We reserve the right to levy a delivery surcharge on certain exeptional loads or distances. |
| 4. |
The company reserves the right to improve,modify,delete or add products to the listed range with-
out prior notice. |

Prices may be subject to alteration.Please check with our sales Office when ordering. |

Shortage,breakages,damages or none-delivery must be notified on the goods delivery note or
advised in writing within 3 days. |

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and are subject to addition in respect of any taxes or excise
duties that may be imposed by government authorities. |

All goods remain the property of the company (Dry Cleaning Trade Supplies Ltd) until settlement of
the invoices relating to deliveries. |

All goods will be delivered within 7 working days unless notified in writing. |
| 10. |
All orders under £100.00 will be charged carriage unless agreed in writing. |
| 11. |
All order under £100.00 exclusive of v.a.t will incurr a carriage charge of £20.00 plus V.A.T |
| 12. |
All goods will be despatched when Paid for in Full. |
| 13. |
For all late payments there will be a 10% charge for each month. |
